To modify payment information from the Gift Information page

Payment information determines the information that is printed on checks or included in an electronic funds transfer (EFT) file.

1. Open the Gift Information page of the gift you want to modify. image\chiclet.gif How?

2. Double-click the Bene-A or Donor/Bene-A association row in the Payments/Taxes/Association grid whose payment information you want to modify.

3. Double-click the payment row in the Payment Schedule grid that you want to modify.

4. Do one of the following:

5. Click to return to the Gift Information page.

Notes:

· Payment (and tax) information is irrelevant for the following gift types: bequests (BEQ), outright gifts (OUT), and retained life estates (RLE).

· There must be a payment row for each scheduled payment for the full year, even if the gift is new this year. For example, if the gift was made on 7/15/2009 and pays quarterly on 3/31, 6/30, 9/30, and 12/31 each year, enter payment rows for 3/31/2009, 6/30/2009, 9/30/2009, and 12/31/2009 and enter 0 as the amount for the 3/31/2009 and 6/30/2009 payments.

Deferred gift annuities: enter payment dates for the year payments will begin. For example, if the gift will make its first payment on 9/30/2020 and will pay quarterly on 3/31, 6/30, 9/30, and 12/31 each year, enter payment rows for 3/31/2020, 6/30/2020, 9/30/2020, and 12/31/2020 and enter 0 as the amount for the 3/31/2020 and 6/30/2020 payments.
